Richard Drake or "Duck" joinied the French Lick Police Department November of 2001.Richard graduated from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in the fall of 1999 specializing in Breath Test Operation. He has attended numerous training sessions in Narcotics, Domestic Violence and Crime Scene Investigations
